Retreat Overview“We can develop our consciousness to the limitless states of universal compassion, love, wisdom and freedom. The Vajrasattva practice can lead us beyond ego, beyond grasping, and beyond the dualistic mind. That’s what the Vajrasattva practice is about.” - Lama Yeshe Teacher Bio
Born in Australia, she studied classical singing in Melbourne until her early twenties. In London she was involved with the radical left and feminism and then, in her quest for a spiritual path, studied martial arts. An award-winning film, Chasing Buddha, made by her nephew Amiel Courtin-Wilson, documents her life and includes her work at Kentucky State Prison. She is one of the subjects of Vicki Mackenzie's “Why Buddhism?”, and a film by Christine Lundberg, “On the Road Home.” PricesTo ensure maximum convenience and that most of your money goes to Vajrapani Institute, we encourage payment of deposits by CC and balance payments via Check or Cash on arrival.
