Facilities:
We have
approximately 25 camping sites, a picnic area, and trails for
exploring nature. The land, as is traditional for Tibetan
retreat centers, is situated in the ford of two creeks. It
borders a state park with accessible hiking trails. All
buildings and facilities have been built and are maintained in
an environmentally-conscious manner by residents and community
members, some of whom have lived here for more than 20 years. We
generate our own power using solar energy, hydroelectric, and a
generator.
