You help other people hear and learn the dharma, and last but certainly not least, you get to offer service to a dharma center, which is unbelievable merit!

What does being a Course Manager involve?

You are basically in charge of making sure the retreat runs smoothly. You will be working closely with the Office Manager and the Spiritual Program Coordinator.

·           You will be the main point person for retreaters. You will answer questions, solve problems and so on.  Staff will be able to assist in any situation that you cannot.

·           You will be the main point person for any Staff who needs to communicate with the retreaters. You will make all announcements, etc.

·           During course registration you will establish the Karma Yogi Job Rota and brief retreatants about their tasks. Throughout the retreat you will also keep an eye out that those jobs are carried out in a timely and orderly fashion, pitching in wherever help is needed.
